Second week

For the whole of this second week I thought I'd be recording a -0.3kg loss, which is solid, but I'm really hoping for a -1kg drop week-to-week at the start, which is quite ambitious. So, I'm very pleased with my body cooperating and netting me a -0.7kg reading overall, and then another -1cm on my waist, somehow.
It's too bad I wasn't able to hit a new milestone this week, but maybe next week!
