A Start
This week I’m officially starting my weight-loss routine! I’ll begin tracking on Wednesday, since that gives me a couple of days to prep. Here’s how I’m planning to do things:
I’ll be updating my stats every Wednesday for tracking purposes. The numbers you see right now are just placeholders, and my real starting numbers will be finalized on November 12th after my first Wednesday weigh-in.
Even though my stats will update only on Wednesdays, I’ll still be tracking my weight daily (waist measurements will stay weekly). This helps keep me motivated — no wondering what’s going on during the days in between.
The plan is to stick to a calorie deficit while improving my diet and keeping a solid exercise routine — both weights and cardio. Nothing too complicated: just being mindful about what I eat and staying active. I’ll see how it goes and adjust as needed over time.
